Code of Conduct
The Al Exchange: Empowering Educators for Tomorrow is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants. This conference brings together educators, researchers, system leaders, and partners from diverse backgrounds and regions to share knowledge, build skills, and strengthen global collaboration in Al literacy and education.
All participants, speakers, staff and partners are expected to uphold the following Code of Conduct throughout the conference and any related events or communications.
Expected Conduct
By attending this conference, participants agree to:
Treat all individuals with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
Foster a collaborative learning environment where diverse perspectives are welcomed.
Engage in thoughtful and professional dialogue, including during sessions, networking activities, and online
communications connected to the event.Respect cultural differences, lived experiences, identities, and viewpoints.
Participate in ways that support inclusion, accessibility, and shared learning.
Follow all venue rules, health and safety requirements, and instructions from conference staff.
Use technology, including Al tools or devices, responsibly and ethically during the event.
Response to Violations
Conference organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including verbal warnings, removal from sessions or event spaces, or restriction from future events.
