About me
Dr. Cynthia Breazeal is a Professor at the MIT Media Lab where she founded and directs the Personal Robots Group. She is also the founding director of the MIT RAISE Initiative (Responsible AI for Social Empowerment and Education). She is recognized as a pioneer of social robotics and human-robot interaction as well as of K-12 AI Literacy. She is an internationally recognized, award-winning innovator, designer, and entrepreneur. She received her doctorate in 2000 in EECS from MIT.
